The challenge of Compoxide is the application of the available processes, to composite aluminum alloys to verify the behavior of such alloys in standard processes.

To this end, surface and aesthetic appearance, corrosion protection and mechanical properties of the applied surface treatment were evaluated in comparison to the standard ones.
